The balanced, synergistic formula contains minerals and B-vitamins carefully selected to support maximum energy and vitality. These include: Zinc – essential for the proper functioning of the immune system, digestion, healthy skin and managing stress levels. Copper – necessary to help iron assimilate into haemoglobin (blood cells) Manganese – an essential nutrient and co-enzyme involved in many chemical processes in the body, including the processing of carbohydrates, cholesterol and protein. Iodine: an integral component of thyroid hormones, which are essential for normal healthy growth and development. Vitamin B1 (Thiamine): helps convert glucose to energy Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin): helps convert protein, fats and sugars into energy. Vitamin B5 (Dexpanthenol): known as the ‘anti-stress’ vitamin, it affects our organs’ abilities to handle environmental and physical stressors Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide): A co-enyme in cell respiration, it helps boost energy levels Vitamin B6 (Pyriodoxine): Needed for blood formation, and, like all the B-vitamins, plays a vital role in energy production. Clements Iron is sugar free, gluten free, alcohol free and does not contain nuts. It is suitable for diabetics, coeliacs and those who are lactose intolerant. It is also suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. HOW TO USE Take in, or with, fruit juice or water (before meals if possible). Shake well before opening. Dosage: Adults, teenage girls 15mL once daily Children 5 - 12 years 10mL once daily Children 2 - 4 years 5mL once daily Expectant mothers and dietary iron deficiency 15mL twice daily INGREDIENTS Each 15mL of Clements Iron contains: Iron amino acid chelate (Ferrochel?) 60mg equiv. Iron 12mg Zinc gluconate 38.4mg equiv. Zinc 5mg Cupric sulfate pentahydrate 1.47mg equiv. Copper 375mcg Manganese sulfate monohydrate 2.16mg equiv. Manganese 700mcg Potassium iodide 98mcg equiv. Iodine 75mcg Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 10mg Riboflavin sodium phosphate 6.8mg equiv. Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 5mg Dexpanthenol (Vitamin B5) 10mg Nicotinamide 10mg Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 10mg CAUTIONS Not for the treatment of anaemia.
