Shiitake is a Japanese mushroom used in medicine to enhance the immune system and increase stamina and endurance. Lentinan, a polysaccharide in Shiitake is a widely recognised and respected compound to help strengthen the immune system. Olive leaf is hugely popular around the world being used as a general health tonic, antioxidant and to help maintain a healthy immune system. It supports a healthy cardiovascular system including normal circulatory function and the health of the eyes, skin and blood vessels. Antioxidants help protect the body (reduce the risk of cell damage) from potentially harmful free radicals (highly reactive chemicals) which may be generated by lifestyle factors such as excess dietary fats, pollutants, cigarette smoke and alcohol ingestion. Each Ki tablet contains extracts equivalent to 10,000 mg of dried herbs therefore only one or two tablets a day is a strong dosage without the need for taking numerous tablets multiple times per day.
